Position: Internal sales representative with field service activities
Place of work: Diepoldsau
Degree of employment: 80 - 100%

Responsibilities

• Internal sales: actively advising and supporting customers in internal sales, preparing quotations and processing orders. Ensuring optimum customer satisfaction
• Field service activities: Personal customer visits for on-site consultation, building and maintaining customer relationships. Presentation of new products and services
• Sales promotion: development of individual solutions for customer needs

 

Job requirements

• Experience in cleaning, facility services, house maintenance, etc. is a great advantage
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in sales
• Strong communication skills and enjoy customer contact
• Willingness to travel for field service activities
• Initiative, ability to work in a team and high service orientation
• Perfect knowledge of German
• Knowledge of French and Italian is a great advantage
